In this project, I utilized the UNTER model specifically for the segmentation of cardiac components from 3D heart CT scans. The focus was on accurately isolating key cardiac structures within the volumetric CT data, ensuring precise boundaries and detailed anatomical segmentation. The UNTER model’s capabilities allowed for highly efficient and reliable segmentation, providing a solid foundation for further analysis and clinical applications such as diagnostics, treatment planning, and surgical guidance. This project solely emphasized the segmentation process, without delving into subsequent point cloud analysis.
